We are located at 627 South St. Unit 205.
There are two buildings on the property one that is street
front and one that is set back on the lot.
We are located in the building set back from the street on the top floor corner unit.
Yes we do have free parking.
The driveway to our parking lot is located immediately after the
chain link fence to servco and BEFORE the street front building on
Once this parking lot is full though there is street metered parking on South St. Please check street signs and meters when parking.
Right now we are only open on Saturday mornings from 8am to 9am for metabolic/cardio conditioning class. Other than that we are closed on the weekends.
Our hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:30am till 11am. We also have a group class on these days which starts at 12:10pm (to give people who leave the office at noon for lunch an opportunity to walk here).
In the afternoons and evenings we are open from 5pm to 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays with group class at 6pm.
These hours are subject to change without notice and we do suggest you call first if it’s your first time or to come see our location.
We do have 1 on 1 training. Majority of what we do and have found to work best in getting our members the best experience and results is semi private training though. Typically we recommend 1 on 1 training to those individuals who need an in depth assessment each workout as their moment issues tend to be more sever and need daily assessment of what their body needs for that specific day.
Currently we do not do any new outside of the gym training. To give our members the best results and to be able to help as many people as possible we train only at the gym to save on time. If you are interested in a sports team or corporate program feel free to call and inquire which we will assess on a case by case basis. If you truly feel you have a special situation we are more than happy to discuss with you if other options would be possible.
